print quality in C3545 is dull.

Print quality in C3545 is light.When it is callibrated quqlity improves,but after few prints it again gives light print.can anyone help me?I have posted this problem earlier also but could not get the solution to it. please help me.

Clean laser ( ROS ), do nvm init and after that do max setup.

before nvm init should i take the nvm backup.
