prints on one side coming out streaked; how do I check individual colors; although come to think of it the side shown was of the test page of how colors should look and it was the blue/cyan. what's procedure for correcting this??? I was called out to work on old copier then asked to look at printer.

Can you attach a scanned image print sample to your post?

When you say 'streaked on one side' do you mean one side of a duplex (Two-sided print) sheet? ..
or down one side of the page?

Check the life of the Drum Maintenance kit, replace if required.
