Try to unplug the HDD and boot it again. If it cycle boot again, switch off, unplug the battery on CN29 and short the pins on main board. After 20" plug the battery. When the boot is OK perform memory clear in service mode and plug the HDD back. If the problem is back with the HDD perform low level HDD format.
