    Xerox 7655 Residual Image

    I have a 7655 with residual image on the copies of the paches
    any ideas?

      Have you replaced the transfer belt cleaner? Replacement is every 250K.

          its only in the patch area and all the residual image is of the CMYK patches
          did clean the housing

              Hey Mr. Allen, Is there a btr and is it supposed to cam out of the way when patches are made?Any "stuff" on the btr in that area?
