[Error Code] CC123 add Network Board gives 116-839

I have a CC123 i purchased a postscript network board with memory on board.
I keep getting a error code reboot 116-839........ checked the manual but i don't have that
code in there??? I also checked the user manual. Am i missing the assessors input code???

The control logic detected that the required RAM capacity is not installed or available. Procedure

Remove and reinstall the DDR DIMM
If the problem persists reload Firmware
If the problem persists replace the DDR DIMM
