Background... A business opened up in an office where the previous renter had left and left their Xerox. The customer called Xerox for help, but the person who showed up was trying to sell them a new machine, and not much interested in helping. I thought it would turn into a sale for me once I looked at the machine and told them how much it would cost to repair. When I went to the machine, I was amazed to see that it looked like new, and had a total of 70,000 copies. The only problem is that the admin passcode has been changed and therefore we can't access any settings in there. Is there another back door code or do we have to change ram or firmware? Is this a complicated procedure for a non Xerox tech? If anyone responds, you can PM me please, so you are not posting privileged info. I really hate to waste a good machine. Thanks in advance.
