usually the IBT patch gives color miss-registration,but for your bad luck the controller COBRA I or 2 has rarely such behavior, reload the
      controler CD

      Good Luck

The Konica Minolta C450 use to do that, just shutting it off and turning it back on usually fixed it. I would clean the color registration sensors first after a reboot.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                    Yes,
Go on the web or check your local yellow pages. Find a tech, pick up the phone and make appointment to have them come out.

                    Wah la, fixed.

What Type of Fiery and What type of Xerox Printer

It appears that the controllers boards
are causing the problem i would say mob sensor ibt reg are if it is a DC12 dev rotation problem but the elongated portions
                              point me to the controller
RESET the Controller Boards and Cables and give that a try
