    DC 2060 fusing problem

Hi all, I have this problem with Xerox Docucolor 2060 for a long time already, image not fused evenly in centre-to-INBOARD and OUTBOARD direction, and the result is some colour shift along the edges plus the toner surface having more matte look inboard and outboard compared to the centre. Changed the fuser pad kit, belt and heat roll, and tried with different nip settings, the only way to have better prints is to tighten the nip adjusting screws to their max (thus maximizing the nip). Any help appreciated!

Check the oil system. This may happening if you have too much oil on fusing roll.
Check the oil drain from oil system to oil container.

The oil looks normal. What I noticed however, were the two red screws that sit just in front of the fuser nip adjustment screws (hidden under the belt finger assy plate) and as far as I see they are to regulate the force the fuser pad kit presses into the heat roll and it looks logical to have something to do with my problem. From my experiеnce with docucolors I now that the red screws are not to be touched, so if anyone knows what exactly these are for please tell me if it is safe to make adjustments.
