xerox DC12 -Can't print the configuration page

Hello! I got a fiery X12 v 1.5 , when I try to print the config. page from the fiery to the Xerox DC12, it says BUSY, cancel Job, RIP and then return to IDLE... Help... Thanks

Enter setup

I think it is the problem with the paper format. It wont print coz you have selected letter(US) or A4(Metric) sizes. Print conf. page should be printed from Tray 1 witch is A4 or Letter.
Enter into setup on X12 cp. Goto Printer setup - PS setup. Specify whether to print on US paper size or Metric (A4). After you have also Convert paper size option.
