    phaser 8560 not waking up

    ive got a pair of 8560s that decided they didnt want to wake up from sleep mode. after repowering they would work until going to sleep again. i just updated firmware on both of them, so hopefully all is well now. has anyone seen this symptom before? thanx

      I have seen this issue before, after updating Firmware all was good, You were on the right course.

          one of the printers i updated firmware on still wants to sleep in(stuck in sleep mode) the only way to wake it up is to restart. has anyone seen this before? im thinkin about removing the hd to see if that helps.
