    Xerox M24 Reset 2nd Bias Transfer Roller

    Had a Xerox Tech come out to reset this counter and his laptop didn't have the serial port to do this. He had the software but it wouldn't recognize the adaptor he tried using. Does anyone have the old laptop with the PWS software or know a work around to reset this?

      You can use the usb to serial adapter to reset this.
