Twain Scanner Driver for WorkCenter M20i

I am having trouble downloading the Twain Scanner Driver for WorkCenter M20i on my Windows XP OS. I am able to get the Control Centre to show up but not the Twain Scanner Window. I am able to get the Twain Help Window. Should I install the Windows 2000 version even though I have NT OS.

I am just trying to use the scanner function on my M20i.
