    WCP PRO 65

Edge of paper was getting lots of specs. Put in new xerographic module. No help. Got printing fault, machine not available. Emptied old developer and added new, cleaned well and made all connections and put developer unit back it. During self test it seemed like it tried to work several times but stopped. 30 minutes passed during xerographic module test but never ran test.New xerographic units photo receptor belt had turned half way around and the portion that came around was covered in developer. Black on the outside. Printing fault still. Any ideas? Is there a certain procedure in adding developer rather than just pouring it in? When I had the developer housing out everything turned nicely but I could not manually turn the gears on the toner dispenser. ????????

you got to scrub that donor roll on the dev tank to remove the film, a good donor roll will be light grey.
A method we use to use is to scrub it with Xerox formula A and then dry rotate and scrub again. Finally we would wash of with General cleaning fluid. Also clean the BTAC Sensor. A good clean Btac/donor roll and new developer material and xerograhic should get it up and running.
