backup file from 7655 NVM

A friend of mine told me that it was possible to restore the NVM settings through a backup in another 7655 and doing a restore file on my 7655.
to resolve the error 022-352.
Is it possible?

I'll explain what happened.

Carried away the machine for a new facility for a client.
when they were to take the machine to the floor she gave a little bump.

I called all the boot and the machine gave the error 022-352.
I read the service manual and open the machine in the back and noticed it was slightly disconnected mcu nvm. Placed correctly but continued with the same problem.

with pws noticed that the machine does not have the serial number.

I have and know what is the serial number but do not know how to enter.

the serial # can not be changed by you
you have to call xerox to do it
you need a special code for doing the serial # sync
anyway just taking the board out and putting it back in will not cause this problem
you or someone else did something to cause this problem because the serial # is stored on 3 different components and they are not matching each other

im scared with possible price.
the last time you asked for assistance with the error machine belt, I can not remember the code. to clean and adjust the belt and eliminate the error diagnosis system paid about 1000 euros. I honestly do not have money to throw into the trash. I have two small children.

I prefer to touch the machine.

you have the pws laptop with the 7655 software and can get the pasword generator then you can fix it yourself otherwise you have to call xerox or find someone that can do it for less
too bad you are not in america
you can get anything you want when ever you want it here

where can i find the password generator. how much will cost?

Again I sincerely apologize for the 1st answer I gave.
It has been tireless in talking to me to be, but just hope you understand I do not have much money to spend and this machine is one of the livelihood of my family and I lost some work along this week.

I am very nervous about this situation.
