How involved is the format and reloading software and do you think that would resolve my post on a reboot with nothing being done.
I have a 3635 new out of box that just reboots when ever it wants. And then it prints out a configuration test page.
Another symptom is the scanner vibrates like it cant find the home sensor every once in a while like it is loosing the voltage to the sensor.
I am leaning towards a power supply but not sure if it will fix this machine.
Any one have any input im all EARS.
        It is still under warranty.

All is fixed no need to post anymore replies on this. The HDD was causing machine to reboot and the firmware was out of date and I could actually install the firmware after I disconnected the HDD the machine would not go into reboot as fast.
          Good Day
