    ap II 7000 b/w heater unit

    any help out there know how to prevent the promp of replace heater unit for ap II 7000 / dc II 7000 thanks

    Hi there how did u go?
    im in the same boat with the fuser and the drum..
    Im trying to found the nvm's for the fuser and drum counter life,

    Hope there is someone out there that can help...

      Hi!,
      just checking the web fuser, if it running out off roller, you will be get promt message. nomarly DC 7000's fuser will be notice at 400K copi. There is no code to reset fuser counter for this model.

        Thanks for that mate..
        after taking a good look at the fuser unit your right the fuser web is just about to run out, That message on the machine saying "replace fuser unit" put me off, when it should be saying "replace fuser web or replace cleaning cart"..

        Would you have the part number for the fuser web so i can order it??

          Hi there,

          Also follow service manual, there's not have fuer web part list, the fuser must be replace fuser cartridge and also on some china web supply, they have the fuser web roller, such as alibaba.com or aliexpress. Just check for price.

            thanks for your help Tieuquyen..I now have my hands on the manual and found out. I can not replace the web, as u say the hole fuser must be replace and then u have to clear the counter "HFSI" NVM-954-836 to 0..Here one for u "Johnner66" To prevent the promp of replace heater unit, Maybe this will help u 744-133 to 0 will set the fuser web control off. 1 will prefrom fuser web control on..

              replace the thermal fuse near the fuser top cover.

              roll back the fuser web, it can be reuse if the fuser roll is still good condition.

              the new thermal fuse is use to reset the replace fuser assembly prompt message on UI screen.
