    X700 counting color for black

Hi guys, our client has a X700 with a stand alone creo. When printing any 2 sised document e.g word, pdf, ect of wich one side is color and the other side black, the machine counts for 2 color prints. I went thhrough all posibble settings i could but it didnt make a difference. On the creo i see only one setting for color, that of cmyk and grey scale.
Please help as this this problem was only spotted now and the color count is already on 96000.
    Regards

You need to use Exceptions tab and you will need grayscale destination profile.
Choose the print range that you want to be black, click advanced and choose the grayscale destination profile.
    That's it.
PM me your mail for grayscale profile.

Hi, you must install the Fast Black Patch for CX700 on the creo.
      Tell me if OK
