    Dc12 RIP Image problem

Hello friends. I have a problem on my DC12. When I print color files (jpeg or pdf) in black and white, the printing is as in the picture. It can be a problem of rip? The problem does not occur on all the prints, but only on some prints. Solutions?

Check the two rip cables that go to the copier And then jump on the xerox web site and download all the patches, Install them by using command workstation by clicking on download and select the patches, do then one at a time and rebot the rip after each one..
        That will fix the problem..

thanks for the answer. but the cables are always put in an excellent position and in rip there are all installed patches taken from XEROX site!

In that case, that square box at the back of the copier were the rip cables plug into, can be the problem and might need to be replaced But before doing that have u lifted up the scanner and checked and reseated the ridden cable from that square box to the image board under the scanner?? I would reseat all the ribben cables under there and double check the earth strap aswell.. There was a mod release from xerox years ago for the ribben cables and earth strap under the scanner, but i dont have the part number right now...

I do not think it is a cabling problem, since the problem happens on both the 2 machines that I have

Yes i always tell my customers to use Ps Drivers aswell, But keep in mind Ps Drivers do play with the file..
Do your self a favour and try a Pcl Driver for the file u are having problems with, Pcl Driver just print what they see and dont play with the file...
Thats why i always install the two Drivers for my customers and tell them to use the Pcl Driver as a back-up. If they have problems printing from the Ps Driver..
