XEROX workcenter 4118 Install Cartridge

Hi..
One client ask me if I can see one Xerox, is the 4118, and sometimes she works fine, others appear "Install Cartridge". I try with a different toner, all original Xerox. What can be this? Any idea?

But I did the firmware upgrade, and it didn't work..
Now, it's always appearing "install cartridge".
Some ideia?

Maybe your contacts outboard are broken?
