Xerox m24 print image too dark

Hello
im having a quality problem in my xerox m24.
The print image is appearing too dark compared to original.
The service technician tries a lot on the machine with pws but he cant adjust the darkness.
As to him magenta is dark.
Any suggestion how to reduce darkness of magenta THROUGH PWS

Please help

pass throughthe MAX SETUP and you can adjust colors in pws

Well ask your tech. rep perform max setup and check for PG copy to verify the toner concentration on the PG if is fine and on specs. perform calibration with the kodak patch , you can perform it from command workstation , it may works for you .
