hello and nice to meet you ...so l have problems in xerox 5915 he affiched (j1) open front cover and replace toner cartridge per instruction ..pls l need help and sending her service manuals at my email: mecanographe@gmail.com

If you have J1-1 this is TONER EMPTY FAIL. Number of copies reaches 100 after toner empty sensor sensed toner end condition. Supply toner. Check the Toner Empty Sensor circuit.
If you have J1-2 this is TONER LIFE END. The counter value of toner unit reaches the default value 7700. Replace the Toner Cartridge.

Reason may be that:
if you changed the toner cartridge without toner inside shake well.Damage to the gear that turns the auger in the toner cartridge.Transfer toner from damage toner cartridge in the old empty toner cartridge if you have or replace with new toner cartridge.Shake well. Be sure that the cable is attached to the toner cartridge.This is the cable between PJ406 on Main PWB and Toner Empty Sensor. Like telephone connector R11 to Toner Cartridge.
