DC250 Output color when copying question

Hi once again, I have another issue to resolve which I dont know how, when I power on the machine the output color in the monitor it stays untouchable, I cannot enter what color properties I wanna use for copying, I have to go log in screen enter the password and then push the user mode to activate dhe output color, and it stays for some minutes then again it goes back to unaccountable. Plz any help.

waste toner box in the lower right hand side front of the machine got her Clear fix problem
