[Misc] Xerox Phaser 6180 MFP, Control Panel LED is On, Control Panel Display is Blank

GOOD DAY GENTLEMEN,

I face a problem on Phaser 6180 MFP, last January 2012, my customer call me regarding his printer problem, he said NO DISPLAY on LCD but the machine is running, I visit the place and check machine & Replace the console panel now the machine is everything is FINE. but after 2 months (March 2012) same problem occurred, I'm thinking may be the console panel that I installed has a problem, so I replaced again a console panel. NOW my problem is, the console panel that I install last March same problem happen now I don't know WHY?.. I check the voltage going onto control panel, +5VDC & +3.3 VDC are okey, I notice that on the back side of LCD circuit board IC U2 is burning same happen on previous 2 panel.

same body can help me this problem? PLEASE!!!!
