I have a client with 7328 and 7345 with problem on LCD.xerox give me the control panel assembly but the problem are touch panel above LCD screen, any idea?

I'll trade you: You tell me how to reprogram Xerox oem 240 (etc) chips, and I'll tell you where to get the touch screen!

I use hot air instead of lighter. You should only heat around the frame, not the touch screen area.
It works with DC240/250 touch screens, but with WC 7328 touch screens it worked only for few days.

Try looking up this part # N010-0554-T504.

This is the touch screen only. I don't know what vendor my company gets this from but they work great for the wc7328 line of copiers as well as 4595.

you can calibrate the touch panel press button 1 0 3 and start
calibrating by touch the cross line
if can not be calibrated replaced it
