I have a 116-330 error code on DC242 and hard "disc initialization" or even "delete all data" in the diagnostics routine are not resolving it. I think the ESS harddrive is gone. My qusetion is whether that hd has any software pre-loaded or i could just get another hd and fix, thanks.
