Xerox 7435 without Postscript

My custumer has a Workcenter 7435 without PS option

When he prints (all PCL Drivers)with Windows Image Viewer and from Internet Explorer the spool goes in error
The problem happens only with Windows 7 x64, with Windows XP there is no error, the printer works good
It's a PCL Driver bug with Windows 7 x64???
