    [Electrical] High voltage board keep blowing in xerox 7132

    Hi Guys,

    NEED HELP IN Xerox 7132, HVPS is keep blowing did everything, like drum, dev tank replaced , IBT ASSY, 2nd BTR, MCU, ESS, ALL connectors and harness related to HVPS, it works for 50 pages and start giving blank or very light copies , i can see good image on Transfer belt.
    Any clue pls.

    What is the error codes on machine ?
    If the image on IBT is good then you may have problem with 2nd BTR clutch also named retract clutch.
    Also check the electrical contact and the roll from inside IBT which pressed against 2nd BTR roll.

      Hi ,

      Change IBT assy., change 2 BTR, Checked all contact and no error message that is the pain that no error, just Blank pages. for clutch we have change drum drive assy.

        When you get blank or faint copies how is the image on IBT ?

          Image is very good on IBT, i know having some issues with 2nd BTR but could not figure it out.
