42-328 - Belt Edge Sensor Failure

You should clean IBT belt module, probably rolls contaminated with toner.
Reset NVM location 741-105 to 0
Run Belt Edge Learn. You can use UI diagnostics (DC956).

Do you have any pic how i can remove the belt module so i can clean it, cuz i am new to this, and the NWM does it have to be reset in the printer monitor or is it specific software that lets you modify nwm.
By the way I have another question, I have posted here but no one seems to help me, my Fiery exp250, is freezing, I have posted a pic where it freezes you can have a look at it, maybe you can tell where is the problem, when i connect it with monitor win xp starts normal, but i cannot print because it stays ad Fiery 6 logo in the small monitor in Fiery rip.

If this is your machine and you want to selfservice it then you need service manual and pws tool for it.
In service manual you have a presentation how the machine works
