Xerox c6550i blur line on cyan

Hi expert,

My xerox c6550i has a 2-3mm blur line (not solid) when printing single cyan color,however test on
magenta, yellow and black do not have such issue.

Tried to swap the color drum, blur line remain there. Check developer tank and try clean up those dirty in DV tank but remain same.

What should i do next ??

If it's not dirt in developer, then it's dirty laser.

Do you think try replace the Dv tank first??

I just did another service clean up the laser mirror from

Inside machine, we can see the mirror above drum unit.

Problem remain same..😓

If you have clogged toner inside developer tank, you can see line on it by turning developer with hand.
I usually remove laser from machine and clean all mirrors. What you see from inside is protective glass. It should be cleaned from both sides too.
Please post picture with cyan 20-30%
