Hi everyone,
our customer is experiencing "random" 124- 702 Errors (output destination was changed by user) while printing large PDF Docs (2000 pages +) via webinterface (not printing via Xerox Drivers).
The Machine(s) WC 7435 both just switch from finisher output to inner output and disable the finisher for further print jobs,
but the finisher can still be used for copying. Ive been told that sometimes there appears a 024 Error right before the machine
switch the output destination.
This problem appears on both 7435, one with newest Firmware, one with an older one.
I guess its a command in the document which cause that error, but i can not reproduce that error by printing via web or Xerox Global Driver via Notebook / crossover cable.
I usually just clear the error log and restart machine, so the user(s) can print to finisher again until that error appears again. Due the larg ammout of documents / print jobs its hard to say
which user or file cause that problem. The administrator told me he tried to print the same PDF File again after that error / system restart and printing went well without errors.
Anyone ever seen / heared of that problem? Im currently seeking in eureka, but no real promising hints so far...
thanks
