This is a bit of a strange one:
I have a DC 12 that marks the back of the copy when it goes through simplex. The marks on the copy appear to be a rubbed LE to TE version of the calibration patches that the machine puts down onto the IBT belt.
So far I have changed the IBT section, the IBT Cleaner Blade, the 2nd BTR UNIT, the IBT Cleaner Blade Retract Clutch (although this was out of another machine so its condition is unknown), Greased where the cams meet the Cleaner blade assy, the IBT Film seal.
It appeared to go away for a while after I changed the IBT Cleaner Blade Retract Clutch but has come back. The machine is on site so I cannot supply a sample image, but it definitely relates to the calibration patches.
Has anybody come across this fault before? And; if so, what was the solution?
