scan problem - DocuColor 242
Hello I have a problem with setting up the scan to mailbox on our DocuColor 242. All other things are working.
Here the problem:
If I scan on the (built-in fiery) mailbox and go for example in an browser (firefox, IE) and want to download the scanned document (pdf) I can only download a force download php file. Also if I go to the scanned document via fiery remote bridge and want to open the php file with the Adobe Reader, I can't save and read or open the file. ( scan tested with all the three guest profiles )
Is there a problem with creating and finishing the files to the mailbox?
Can you people give me a hint or maybe I have overlook some setting?
