HELLO!! HAVE A GOOD DAY...

I have a problem on Workcentre 7232, Its Always show replace black toner cartridge, even the toner Cartridge are new (Original).. I replace Developer (Original) and Developing box Container. but still same problem replace black toner cartridge..

Their is a developer calibration? how to calibrate?

Somebody can help me these one...

try an IOT nvm initalisation in diagnostics.
