I AM NEW AT THIS MODEL, WITH OUT SERVICE MANUAL; I'M TROUBLESHOTING THIS MACHINE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODES:
42.326.00; 05.196.00;03.338.00; 78.901.00; 05.198.00.
hOW i CAN CLEAR THIS CODES? DO I NEED TO REPLACE ANY PARTS?; PLEASE ADVICE.
HOW TO ENTER IN SERVICE MODE?

What is your firmware version - 40.033.xxxxx or 40.032.xxxxx ?

The software version is a 040.033.53.021
I got a service manual. any specific pages to look for answers on the problem codes?

Chapter 2 - STATUS INDICATOR RAP'S - from service manual.
Take a look at specific error code.
You may need software pws tool for resolve some errors.

Has this code been set 3 times consecutively? If so, you are going to have to go into the service mode and reset the NVM. Your code stems from the ITB home position error. You are going to need to take the IBT out and either replace the belt or clean the sensor. You may also want to replace the patch.

Thanks to everybody, I end up replacing the Transfer Belt and with the adjustmens went ok. all other codes were clear by them selfs.

I just need to clear fuser counter, I did replaced the unit with and OEM fuser. And the Charge corotron. Where can i find this on the service manual( how to clear counters)???
