    network print controller fault for xerox document centre 432st

    my xerox document centre 432 st shows network print controller fault and stop working as printer,
    actually i have purchased second hand machine so i don't have and service support but when i contact for paid service he told me that he had no solution for this because for solution of this problem format of scsi hard disk needed and then a fresh installation of operating system of document centre 432 st is required , for this he does't have system cd and even not know the name of operating system.
    can anyone help me ,
    To format hard disk
    To install Operating system

    i will be very thankful to him because my machine stops working for the last one year by this reason .

          yes , i have contact my city's xerox office but they needed a full number which i have not, nor at my seller where i purchased this machine.

          can u have a way of light????

              look i do not know what they mean with "full number"
              machine have scsi hdd 2,5 gb, and i think that you will hardly find anything simmilar for replacement.

              only what you can do is to look to buy xerox gsn lock software with crack, then buy edoc and system software for dc 432, and try to reload system software to ess unit.

              i think taht you will spent more money to buy all this then to buy another second hand machine

                  number means , machines serial number. local xerox official first wants know the number and than talk about anything i call them many time by phone.
                  can you tell me , where can i found these softwares in india , delhi .
                  atleast a person who can help me.

                      Serial number

                      Serial number is under just copy/print cartridge, when you open cartridge door. It is something such 214******* or 223********

                          Don't waste your time-and your money-with that crap. Even if you gonna buy ten macines the same problem will be coming again and again...

                              now i want to buy xerox system software, gsn with crack and edoc ,
                              other things what i needed to install xerox dc 432 and enable its scan, print, fax , email facility.
                              can anyone want to sell.

                                  Why go through all that trouble? I have 18 of the 400 series copier/printers. I could get you some really good pricing.
