Hey guys,
I have a Xerox 4110 with a fault code of 10-315. What happened was, the machine's fuser gear broke and the customer tried to glue it back. Upon doing so, the gear came back apart and locked up the fuser. After everything was replaced, the machine is pulling up consistent fault 10-315 codes. I saw in a previous post that it was the fuser latch contact failure. That sounds great, but how would I go about diagnosing this when there are no interlocks or contact switches on the fuser latch contact area? I read on this same post that it's possible that it's the front door interlock switch? How would I go about diagnosing that as well?
Is it possible that anyone would have a service manual for this machine that I could purchase? I do not have the capability to log on to Xerox to use a PWS as I believe that all PWS material has a GNS lock on it.
Thank you very much for all of your help guys.
