      docusp on 250 running 5.2
      doesnt recongnize the calibration tool
      says not recognized
      I tried it on another docusp and it work fine
      any idea

          the software has just been reinsatlled on a new hard drive
          it prints the sheet that it normally prints also

                    is there a seperate dvd that needs to be installed other than the docusp dvd
                    I have installed 5.2 version

                      I can't remember the specifics of 5.xx for the X86 servers. Sparc was Solaris Flash, then DocuSP, then Color Supplement. 6.xx was Solaris (which also loaded the DocuSP to the HD, then a reboot, set local parameters, then choose product from family listed (in this case 240/250; 242/252; 260). If you need an manual, I have one for the 6.xx, but that may be a different install model than 51. PM me w/email address if you want the manual, it will attach to an email.

                        Yes now it came on one DVD full software image and i am sure he chose the right model at the end of installation . i face this issue in DC700 and found one license was not active. i upload license with Cd but don't how one license was not active then reactivate and its working fine. already request to azehnali to recheck with license file.

                          DocuSP License or FFPS License

                          requirements is something I am very familiar with. I find that an incorrect date on the server is the reason that most licenses are not valid.
