This PWS laptop is NOT licensed or sold or supported by Xerox. Non-expiring lock is good forever. You don't have to be a Xerox tech to use it, although a lot of ex-Xerox guys are customers. PWS laptop is now available from Xerox directly to qualified self service outfits, if you want a genuine Xerox product. It's time consuming and expensive to actually get one (unless you're an agent or authorized re-seller) and some EDOCs are not available. Lock has to be renewed every 90 days.Comment
