Hello .
Could you help me how to disable toner monitor in xerox wc 5150 -wc 5635 : even i put the new xerox toner (bought from Xerox) in those machine...the message still ask : replace toner... Thank you. (I saw some machine :disabled it)

This happens when replacing the toner too soon, ie. before the machine actually calls for it. easiest way is to remove toner bottle, run skyshots till machine calls for toner then put toner back in. Also you can reset the message and turn off toner gauge in the tools, log in as admin
