[Error Code] Workcentre C35 14-110

Hi group, I have a workcentre C35 giving a fault code 14-110 "scanner needs service". Any ideas? Thanks.

There is a fault with CCD PWD.On the upper right corner of this board you can see that it has burned.I usually replace SMD Resistor with 131ohm mark on it and it works for a while.

i have that problem too. when scanner come to end its stuck and knock knocked..

how can i config CCD bord ?

Hi,
you need to replace the ccd pwb with a new one. It has better resistors on it. Make sure you shim the old one as that is the only way to be sure of getting the new ccd pwb in the correct position.
