Xerox 7675 Xerographic System Error

Hello, I am writing you to see if you can help me out with a fault I am having. I have a xerox 7675 and is currently showing the message: "There is a problem with the Xerographic system, call for assistance" There are two error codes showing in the fault history and they are: 93:317:00 and 5:909:00 Please let me know if you can give me hand with this. Thanks!

The 93-317 is most likely a blockage in the black toner dispensing system. The 05-909 is a document feeder jam. Make sure the black patch by the cvt glass is clean or try enlarging it with some black electrical tape.
