network controller boot up problem in Xerox 5645 machine

Dear all
i am facing a problem in 5645 machine single board controller, its network controller is not getting boot up and the machine reach to 30 to 40 % boot up its restart.
do any one have the solution.

Use altboot to see what is the error.
Reseat serial ata cable at both ends also power cable on board and on hdd.
If thr error still there then you need to reload software / firmware or change hdd and reload sw
