[Error Code] 009-411 Dispenser near Broken M

Hi,

we are facing problem with our Xerox DC 2060 upgrade to 5252, on startup immediately screen shows yellow screen message " Component failure Imminent , Dry Ink Dispenser " , The Megenta Dry Ink Dispenser will fail soon.

We checked Toner is in cartridge, and there is no blockage in reserve tank, motors and gears are OK when we check with PWS

we have seen message on PWS with error " 009-411 Dispenser near Broken M ".

You have to reset NVM location 762-038 to 0.
