[Misc] WorkCentre 5755 Network Problem

Hello everybody.

I Have WC 5755, photocopying is okey.. I want to connect the printer into network so that they can use as a printer also.
My Problem is, when i click network Configuration button it will appears "wait searching for network" and it will searching and searching and searching even for an hours.. the network connect on that company are okey, even other printer are good connections in network.. only that WC 5755 has a problem like that..

I hope you can help me this problem..

Start with System Administration Guide, from page 18
Print a Configuration Report and forward.

I Already print out the Network Configuration Sheets..

BUT, How can i assign an TCP/IP address?. because it will not open that page its always showing "wait searching for network"?

Scan and attach a Configuration Report. You may need to reload machine software.
