COLOR Problem DC250 (incl.PIC)

Hi, I have this problem with my DC250, it keeps printing these magenta stripes all the time, is the problem with the drum, do I have to buy a new one, or the problem is somethin else, please if you can help, before buying a new drum, cuz it costs quite expensive. Thank you.

Charge roller. You can try to find new one or change drum unit.

bojans is 100% correct ether replace the charge rolleror drum unit. I would do both.

For sample you can exchange magenta drum unit with yellow or cyan drum unit. Do not forget to swap and chips.

that's look like repeat image same as diameter of drum unit, before you change the drum unit for magentawith the new ones, please exchange drum magenta to the yellow or cyan drum, if yellow or cyan stripes appear, that absolutely drum unit scratched, you have to replace drum unit. but if still magenta stripes, check the IBT cleaner.

Yea, well I guess is the Magenta drum unit, I switched the drum with the yellow and the cyan one, and the other colors gave the same result. so the same stripes are printing again, so I have to get a new one. Thnaks to everyone who share ideas in this topic.

A great tip is...Switching drums, If the issue Moves on an Internal print then its drum. If the IQ stays consistent, its IBT.
