Xerox 700 service problems

Hallo guys,

I am settimng up a small digitalprint company for my wife, who is an expirienced designer.
Some weeks ago I bought a Xerox 700 in good condition in Germany and brought it to Vienna in Austria.
Now I have the problem, that Xerox here is not accepting, that the machine was under a service contract there and want to change all possible parts before giving us a new service contract. That would cost about half the money, that I have payed for the whole machine!
I have a good technical background, so I am sure I can help myself with a service manual for the Xerox 700. Please help, if you can.

The 700 is a relatively easy machine to service and parts are readily available outside of the Xerox channel. You will need a PWS with the EDOC and up to date SNAPs to adequately service it. These are readily available.
