Xerox 260 with bustle creo

my problem is that the creo takes a minute to rip per meg files
also takes a one meg file and makes it into an 11 meg file and takes 11 minutes to rip
any ideas

what time does it take to start up and be ready to print(till when the dc260 make a ready beep)?

from the time you turn it on to the sound of the beep is 3 minutes 15 seconds

enable startup page and monitor how long it takes to print it out

I did that and it takes at lot longer than the 3 minutes
probably 5-7 minutes

now it doesnt want to print the start page but the ones that it did print were 19 megs

have you ever restored the creo software?you will need to do that

tried to restore the creo also
it takes about 3 minutes to boot up
soon after it prints the test page
the test page is about 19 megs
still takes about 30 seconds to rip each meg file
so a 10 get file took 5 minutes to meg
any ideas
