Xerox 4110 (fault code 047-215 and 047-320)

Have a Xerox 4110 trade-in here and the machine is showing fault code 047-320 which is, I believe, a paper jam in fuser section error. In addition, fault code 047-215 is showing on another machine. Last, on a third I have 047-021.

Is there a clear codes reset I can do from the control panel for 047-320? I don't see any paper though maybe I have missed a samll torn piece that has burned onto roller or something./

Any tips/advice on a fix appreciated!

I've got FX4112 with booklet finisher and have a same error 47-320 this morning, in PSW, it's said that no paper out in all receiving tray, i'm still working on it, can anyone help this error?. thanks.

try to look at the Puncher unit at the back of finisher, see if the pulley near the puncher motor not in the position or the screw at pulley still in there. i got the same problem an has fixed.

047-320 All Out Tray Broken
BSD on:CH26.4
Description
No paper can be output to any of the output trays of all the output devices connected.


Procedure
Check if a fail had happened to any output device just before All Out Tray Broken Fail occurred. Take action for the fail.

are your machine using Booklet finisher or D finisher (with holepuncher)? if yes, check out the holepuncher unit, when the finisher initialize after power on, finisher will check all unit including the holepuncher unit, this error will occur if the holepuncher cannot initialized.

you have to check all component at the finisher if there are any loosen screw or part. maybe this can help you to solve the problem.

XDE - thanks for the info on 047-320 - but what about 047-310? Do you know what that is or what I should be looking at to correct it?

if the error code 047-310 is communication failure between IOT and finisher. please check the connector from finisher to main unit otherwise please check voltage 24VDC on finisher and 5 VDC on finisher, check if fuse blow up in finisher pwb

Do you have the schematic for the main PWB so I can see what points I need to hit for 24V and 5V?

in all xerox machine, 24v cable are orange color and 5v cable are grey color you can see the plug/jack with orange cable and grey cable
