USB host to host communication failure on WC7665

Hello,
The WC7665 in question does not boot up to ready...after a long time trying to boot, it comes up with the info: "USB host to host communication failure". And freezes everything...no control console button works; the touch screen is not available; cannot enter into UI or PWS diagnostics. Pls help.

What version of software machine have ? It is a Lexington or Patriot ?

It is WC7655/65, and that is Patriot

Hi, just replace the CCM PWV Batery you can order from Allied Electronics part # M4T28-BR12SH1$5.00 .
