Fiery EX12 The display buttons not working

Hi all, I have a new Fiery Ex12 that boots to idle but does nothing else, the buttons on front dont seem to work. Is there a lock out or a way to log in without the display buttons. Many thanks for looking and any help would be appreciated.

Hi wideformat,
I would try opening the Fiery, clean it out and reseat all boards and connectors. The connector to the buttons may be unseated.
